Agency Operations Case Studies
This page is a record of engagements, told at the level of detail the clients agreed to. No dashboards. No logos. What follows is what I can show you, and a link to verify the rest.
Two long engagements
Most of my work has been embedded inside agencies for years at a time. That makes it harder to package into a neat before-and-after, and easier to verify. The two people below gave me permission to use their names. Their words carry the claims.
Marie Ysais, agency owner
Marie runs an agency that delivers SEO work to clients. I joined as her project manager and stayed for nearly five years. The role was not advisory. I coordinated the team, managed priorities across multiple clients, and kept projects on schedule without Marie having to intervene on each one.
“For nearly 5 years, Monis has been my right-hand as our project manager, expertly handling all aspects of our SEO client work with remarkable skill and dedication… His ability to coordinate our team, manage multiple priorities, and keep everything running smoothly has been nothing short of impressive. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”

Brandon Swartzendruber, Blue Carrot Solutions
Brandon ran Blue Carrot Solutions, a digital marketing agency. I was a core part of his delivery leadership, working across SEO and digital marketing projects. The engagement lasted several years. I was not a contractor passing through; I was part of how the agency operated day to day.
“Reliable project managers are easy to find. Project managers who improve operational efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and become a genuine extension of your leadership team are much rarer. Monis is one of those people.”

The record
If you have never worked with me, the Upwork profile is the fastest way to check. Every number below is public and was not written by me.
What clients say

What a typical engagement looks like now
The work I take on today follows a structure. It starts with a short diagnostic, moves into an ongoing role if there is a fit, and sometimes expands into a systems build. Details are on the agency operations services page.
Agency Ops Audit
Two weeks. A written 90-day operations roadmap and one 60-minute readout call. This is the entry point.
$1,500 fixed
Fractional operations retainer
10 to 15 hours per week, 90-day minimum. I run delivery alongside your team the way I did for Marie and Brandon.
$4,000–$6,000/month
Implementation project
SOP library, tool rebuild, automations. Scoped and priced before work begins.
$8,000–$14,000 fixed
If your situation sits between a consultant and a full-time hire, the fractional COO services page covers that model in more detail. If you are earlier in the decision and want to understand what an operations consultant actually does day to day, that page answers it.
Start with the audit
The audit is the lowest-risk way to find out whether this is a fit. You get a written roadmap whether or not we continue working together.
