The Agency Ops Audit

A fixed-scope operations audit for digital marketing agencies. Two weeks, a written 90-day roadmap, one readout call. $1,500, posted price, no discovery-call maze.

What you get

At the end of two weeks, four things land in your inbox:

  • A written 90-day operations roadmap. This is a document, not a slide deck. It names what is broken, what to fix first, and what to sequence for later.
  • A prioritised list of fixes, ordered by impact relative to effort. You will know what to do on Monday and what can wait until next quarter.
  • A 60-minute readout call where I walk you through the findings and take your questions.
  • The recording and written notes from that call, so your team can revisit them without scheduling another meeting.

That is the complete deliverable. No follow-up invoice. No “phase two” that was never mentioned upfront.

The two weeks, day by day

Week one is about understanding how your delivery actually works. Not how it is supposed to work on paper. How it actually moves.

Week one: mapping

Days 1–2. I get access to your project management tool (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, whatever you use), your active client list, and your team structure. I send a short intake questionnaire to you and one or two senior team members.

Days 3–5. I interview two or three people on your team. These are 20-minute calls, not interrogations. I ask how work arrives, how it moves between people, where it stalls, and what they do when it does. I map your current delivery flow from intake to completion.

Week two: analysis and writing

Days 6–8. I identify where work consistently stalls, which processes are missing or undocumented, and where decisions go unmade. I prioritise findings by impact.

Days 9–10. I write the roadmap. We schedule the readout call. I walk you through the findings, take your questions, and send the recording and notes the same day.

You will spend roughly two to three hours total across the two weeks. Most of that is the interviews and the readout. The rest is access and a short questionnaire.

What it costs and why it is fixed

$1,500 Fixed scope, fixed price. No hourly billing. No scope creep. No surprise invoice.

The price is posted here because you have never met me. You are evaluating a stranger on the internet. The last thing you need is a negotiation or a “let’s discuss pricing on a call” step before you have decided whether this is worth your time.

If the audit does not produce a roadmap you can act on, I will tell you that on the readout call rather than pad the document to justify the fee.

What happens after

This is not a funnel. Many agencies take the roadmap and execute it themselves. That is a complete and intended outcome. The roadmap is written so your team can run it without me.

Some agencies decide they want help implementing. If that is you, the natural next steps are a fractional operations retainer or a one-time implementation project. But the audit stands on its own, and I will say so if I think it should.

Who this is not for

  • Agencies with fewer than three active clients. There is not enough delivery complexity to audit meaningfully.
  • Teams looking for someone to execute tasks rather than diagnose the system.
  • Anyone who needs the work done this week. The audit takes two weeks because it should.

FAQ

What exactly do I get for $1,500?

A written 90-day operations roadmap, a prioritised list of fixes sequenced by impact, a 60-minute readout call, and the recording plus notes from that call. That is the full deliverable. Nothing is held back for a paid upgrade.

How long does it take and what do you need from my team?

Two weeks from the day I get access. I need access to your project management tool, a list of active clients, and 20 minutes each from two or three team members for short interviews. Your total time investment is roughly two to three hours across the fortnight.

What if the audit tells me something I already know?

That happens. Sometimes the finding is that you already know the problem and have not prioritised fixing it. The value in that case is the sequencing (what to fix first, what to defer) and an outside signature on a recommendation your team has been avoiding. If I look at your operation and genuinely find nothing actionable, I will say so on the readout call.

Do I have to hire you afterwards?

No. Many agencies take the roadmap and run it themselves. That is a complete outcome and the roadmap is written to support that. If you want implementation help, I offer a fractional retainer and implementation projects, but the audit is not a trial period for either.

Is this remote, and how do the calls work across timezones?

Yes, fully remote. I am based in New Delhi and work with US, UK, Canadian, and Australian clients. The readout call is scheduled at a time that works for you. I have done this across timezones for twelve years. Async communication carries most of the work; the calls are the exception, not the rule.

What if my agency is bigger or smaller than your usual client?

My typical client is a 5–50 person agency where the founder or COO is still personally involved in delivery. If you are smaller than five people with fewer than three active clients, the audit will not have enough material to work with. If you are larger than 50, the scope may need adjusting. Book the scoping call and I will tell you honestly whether it fits.

Book a scoping call

If this sounds like the right fit, the next step is a short call. I will ask about your team size, your current delivery setup, and what is breaking. If the audit is not the right move, I will say so.
